- Content:
+ Provide learners with a basic knowledge of Vietnamese phonetics; Provide learner how to study Vietnamese pronunciation following the standard pronunciation of Hanoi people; provide learners with some models of simple sentence structures, useful  sentences and words.
+ Help learners get necessary skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills at basic level.
- Output standard:
+ At the end of the course, learners can use Vietnamese well in their life
Read and write short essays in Vietnamese.
