- Content:
+ Provide learners with intermediate and advanced knowledge of Vietnamese: grammar, vocabulary ...; provide knowledge about Vietnamese studies: history, economics, politics, literature, education, culture ... related to traditional and cultural Vietnam activities.
+ Equip learners with skills related to Vietnamese: listening, speaking, reading, writing skills; know some methods to teach Vietnamese as a foreign language; Provides necessary skills to compile Vietnamese books: Vietnamese textbooks, Vietnamese dictionaries…

- Output standard:
+ At the end of the course, learners can work in many different fields: Study and teach Vietnamese at institutes, universities, training centers.
+ Learners can also take care of the following tasks: translation, interpreting at foreign embassies, news agencies...
+ The program also ensures that learners can be qualified in Vietnames listen and understand the content of the lectures of different majors at Universities’ class.
